The term “VUCA” (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) has long been common sense and the world is undergoing changes with unprecedented speed. Issues such as those related to carbon neutrality, an aging society with fewer children, advances in digital technologies, and geopolitical risks are also becoming more varied and complicated.
With all that in mind, we have outlined the themes of change and growth and have been working on a variety of initiatives.
