Metal One Corporation

Metal One Corporation (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshiyuki Watanabe) announced that the Metal One Group has acquired all outstanding shares of Pacific Sheet & Coil (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (PSCTH; headquartered in Rayong Province, Thailand) on March 9, 2026, making PSCTH a wholly owned subsidiary. Metal One previously held a 49 percent stake in this steel service center.

PSCTH provides one-stop services to Thailand’s stainless steel sheet market. The company’s strength lies in its integrated processing system, which offers high-quality, wide-ranging processing capability for meeting the diverse needs of its customers and handling materials from wide to narrow widths. Since introducing a coil-polishing machine in 2018, the company has also steadily expanded sales of polished products.

 
PSCTH intends to boost sales of high-value-added products, particularly polished goods. In addition, the company strives to help develop local industry and address other issues by taking advantage of its status as a bonded factory to expand its export business, and providing both high-value-added products and services.

Metal One leverages its global procurement and sales network, capacity to respond to supply and demand fluctuations, and in-depth knowledge of regulations in various countries—all cultivated during its history as a trading company—to ensure stable supply and provide optimal solutions. Through PSCTH, we will also enhance our ability to supply polished products and other high-value-added products as we respond to the diverse and specific needs of customers.
