Metal One holds a 100% equity share in the new company, and capitalization is 328.3 million Indian rupees.

Metal One Corporation India, headquartered in New Delhi, has branches in Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata and will focus on Value Chain Strategies as it seeks to expand business in the strategically important Indian region through the company's domestic sales and import/export capabilities.
