Press Briefing Held on Consolidated Financial Results for the Year Ended December 2004

Metal One Corporation (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Moriji Kanada) held a press briefing on its consolidated financial results for the year ended December 2004 at Tekko Kaikan (Chuo-ku, Tokyo). Representing the company were President Moriji Kanada, Vice President Susumu Komori, CFO & Managing Executive Officer Tetsuro Nagai and Executive Officer Shiro Ueno. The briefing was conducted by CFO Nagai.

The meeting was attended by about 30 reporters from major newspapers, economic journals, industry bulletins and news agencies. During the question-and-answer session that followed the briefing, a number of questions were asked by the reporters. The following day, articles on Metal One's financial report appeared on various papers.
