Metal One Corporation (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Masashi Mizutani) held a press briefing on its consolidated financial results for the year ended December 2003 at Tekko Kaikan (Chuo-ku, Tokyo). Representing the company were Chairman and CEO Norio Okada, President and COO Masashi Mizutani, CFO Tetsuro Nagai and Masaki Ono, the latter two both Executive Officers. The briefing was conducted by CFO Nagai.

The meeting was attended by about 30 reporters from major newspapers, economic journals, industry bulletins and news agencies. During the question-and-answer session that followed the briefing, a number of questions were asked by the reporters. The following day, articles on Metal One's financial report appeared on various papers.
